Business will be as usual with everyone here at ULG. Besides some new paperwork and new systems this merger will allow all of us to better serve our clients interests. We will be introducing many new marketing and efficiency systems over the months to come so keep posted.
On top of this our conversion from Broker to Nationwide Direct Lender as a Banker comes with many advantages. We now have hundreds of loan products that we in house underwrite including but not limited to Conventional Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA.
Our field force can expect an increase in turn around times in underwriting and faster decisions on approvals. On top of this we will be moving to a new daily payroll system allowing our representatives to be paid on a daily basis by direct deposit.
